PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR AN IMPORTANT NOTE ON CANCELLATIONS
4. Returning passes to the Media Drop at the Main Branch only on 485 DeMott Lane.
Rather than having to return the passes in person at the Reference Desk, you can now return them by using the Media Drop even when we’re closed! You can also return them to any library service desk at the Main Branch during normal hours. Passes can be picked up at 3pm the day before your reservation, and must be returned by 11am on the day following your reservation.
Important Pass Info
Pass Pickup and Return
Passes can be picked up at 3pm the day before your reservation, and must be returned by 11am on the day following your reservation. If your pass is a print out version, then there is no need to return it!
Cancellations and “No Shows”
If your reservation is canceled the day before or the day of the reserved date, it will be considered a “No Show.” If you do not pickup your pass on the scheduled date, you will also receive a “No Show.” Because demand for passes is high, two “No Shows” in a 60-day period may result in a two-month block on museum pass reservations.
If a pass is returned late, the fine is $25 a day. If a pass is lost, the replacement fee is $75.
If you have any questions about our new museum pass reservation system, please leave a comment below or call the Reference Desk at 732-873-8700 ext. 111.
