Relieve Some Stress with Chair Yoga


Open to all levels of practice and abilities, this gentle class focuses on an exploration of basic yoga poses and how to connect them through attention to breathing, alignment and mindfulness. Although much of the class will be done seated in a chair, the option to practice standing poses to improve balance, strength and flexibility are also included. Expect lots of gentle stretching to bring movement to the joints and muscles.
