Summer reading for all ages starts today!! Head on over to the library’s homepage to register for children, adults and teens; you will need your library card and pin number.
The adult reading program is open to all active card holders ages 18 & up. Participants will receive a prize just for signing up! In addition, each raffle ticket earned will be entered into a bi-weekly prize drawing for a $10 gift card. Raffle tickets can be earned three ways:
- Receive one ticket for each book that you read up to 20 books. (Audiobooks count, too.)
- Post what you are reading to the library’s Facebook or Twitter page using the #FTPLSummerRead2017 and receive one ticket for each post. You can earn up to three per week.
- Visit the library! Tickets can be earned by attending library sponsored events, or by completing fun handouts available at the Circulation and Adult Reference Desks.
A grand prize drawing will be held on August 18th where 3 (!) winners will each receive a Kindle Fire. Happy Reading!
