Earth Day

Earth Day is here!  In addition to looking for alternate forms of energy from fossil fuels, being aware that recycling is important, and the many other messages that Earth Day tries to impart every year, one of the very neat things that some people have started to build and look into is sustainable architecture, aka green architecture.  Sustainable architecture “seeks to minimize the negative environmental impact of buildings through efficiency and moderation in the use of materials, energy, and development space” [from Wikipedia].  Here are some very cool examples:
