New York World's Fair (1939—1940) :

The New York World's Fair of 1939-1940 was held in Flushing Meadows in the Borough of Queens. The theme of the exposition was "Building the World of Tomorrow." Nearly 60 nations, and 33 states and U.S. territories participated in the exhibition.
