Having realistic expectations isn’t always easy to do when the holidays arrive. The pressures of frantic activities, family get-togethers, and missing those no longer with us, combine to produce tremendous stress. In this workshop, we’ll talk about identifying stressful triggers, why it is important to manage stress and anxiety in a healthy manner, and how you can work on becoming healthier in the process. We’ll also discuss when it might be time to get help for your stress and/or anxiety. Participants will be given handouts and exercises on coping skills, and stress and anxiety management.
