Our Online Resources are Available Even When We’re Closed!

Although the Library is closed on New Year’s Day, many of our online resources are available 24/7! Here are some things that you have access to anytime with your library card:



Use Hoopla to borrow movies, music, audiobooks, ebooks, comics and TV shows to enjoy on your computer, tablet, or phone – and even your TV! With no waiting, titles can be streamed immediately, or downloaded to phones or tablets for offline enjoyment later. Hoopla has hundreds of thousands of titles to choose from, with more being added daily. hoopla is like having the library at your fingertips. Anytime. Anywhere. You will need your library card and a working email address to sign up.



cloudLibrary offers hundreds of ebooks and audiobooks for use with with mobile devices! Browse the collection from your browser or download the free app to get started. You will need your library card number and PIN to sign in.



rbDigital from Recorded Books features ebooks and audiobooks that can be downloaded to a variety of mobile devices.

rbDigital Magazines

rbDigital Magazines offers digital versions of many popular magazines. Magazines can be downloaded and viewed on a variety of mobile devices or viewed from the web.

To get started with rbDigital Magazines follow the steps below:

  1. Visit
  2. Click on “Create New Account” on the top right of the site.
  3. Fill out the form.
  4. Download the free app to enjoy audiobooks, ebooks, and magazines on your mobile device of choice.

Learning Express provides free online practice tests and test preparation for Franklin Township Library users. To use this service you must register online for a password using your library card number. When Learning Express asks you for a User Name please enter your 14-digit library card number as your User Name.
