Our Summer Reading 2020 Program Has Begun!

Our Adult Summer Reading 2020 program has officially begun! Starting at midnight on June 15th, you can log your reading hours or number of pages read to be automatically entered for a chance to win an Amazon gift card! All reading counts: books, newspapers, magazines, online articles, ebooks, and audiobooks, too. You can also earn additional points towards raffle entries by completing fun and easy missions on the reading app, READsquared. For our Kids and Families Summer Reading 2020 program, please click here. For our Teen program and list of prizes, please click here.

Prizes

Nine prize drawings will fall into three categories: a $10 card for three 3rd place winners, a $25 card for three 2nd place winners, and a $50 card for three grand prize winners.

How to Start

To log your reading hours, download the free READsquared app (click here for Apple or here for Android). Once you’ve installed the app, register for your READsquared account here (you can also register from within the app). You will need to enter your library card number and email address to begin.

Not Sure What to Read?

Check out our Perfect Picks program! Submit a request and our staff of trained librarians will pick three books that we think you’ll love. Filling out a form online is easy, just click here to get started.

READsquared also has curated reading lists available that have been put together by different FTPL staff members, so you can also check there for suggestions! (They can be found on the left side of your READsquared account in the navigation pane).
