Chair Yoga – Thursday, 9/23 at 11am via Zoom.
Open to all levels of practice and abilities, this gentle class focuses on an exploration of basic yoga poses and how to connect them through attention to breathing, alignment and mindfulness. Although much of the class will be done seated in a chair, the option to practice standing poses to improve balance, strength and flexibility are also included. Expect lots gentle stretching to bring movement to the joints and muscles. This class is perfect for stress relief and overall well-being. Click here to register!
Meditation – Thursday, 9/23 at 7pm via Zoom.
Are you interested in trying meditation to reduce stress or calm your mind? Come try a guided mindfulness meditation session. The process focuses on non-judgmental awareness of our thoughts and actions to achieve relaxation and calm. Click here to register!
Beginner Yoga – Monday, 9/27 at 5pm via Zoom.
New to yoga? Learn the foundations for establishing a safe and effective yoga practice. Just some of the possible benefits of regular practice yoga include:
