Managing Stress, Depression & Anxiety


Join us Wednesday, May 31st at 7 PM for Managing Stress, Depression & Anxiety.

Stress is a part of our daily lives – and as much as we would like, we cannot get away from it!  But when is it just stress, or something more, like depression or anxiety? When do you need to get professional help?

Mindy Altschul, LCSW, Director of Clinical Social Services at the Carrier Clinic will discuss and explain the differences between stress, depression and anxiety, and introduce methods of managing these illnesses with coping skills and other techniques.
