Teen Volunteering

Current Teen Volunteer Opportunities at FTPL:

Teen Advisory Group (TAG)

Help plan and create teen programming, write book reviews, clerical work, and more!
  1. When does volunteering take place? Throughout the year.
  2. How can I become a TAG volunteer? All new and returning members are asked to fill out a new application using Google Forms. You can find the form at https://tinyurl.com/y69acuhs. We have a limited number of spots available in TAG and they will be filled on a first come first serve basis. Once your application is received, the teen librarian will email a contract that you must review with a parent/guardian, both of you sign and return to me at the library by the date that will be specified in the email.
The completed Google form will hold your spot in TAG and once we receive the completed contract, the spot will be yours for the school year as long as you meet the minimum contribution outlined in the contract. TAG is open to students ages 12-17 years old who reside in Franklin Township.
