In addition to the free conversation group that meets at our library, LVSC offers one-to-one and small group tutoring for adults. Students registering for tutoring services are required to pay a small registration fee; however, there is no charge for the ongoing tutoring sessions.

Free ESL class works on listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. Other classes, including one-on-one tutoring sessions and conversation classes, are provided for a fee.

- USA Learns: Funded by grants and the Sacramento County Office of Education offers free online courses for learning English and becoming a citizen.
- Voice of America: Offers free recorded online classes for learning English.
Immigrant Rights and Assistance
- ACLU New Jersey: Provides news and information on immigration and more in new jersey. See the Know Your Rights section for articles and information on immigrant rights in the United States and New Jersey.
- Camden Center for Law and Social Justice: Seeks to promote justice for the poor and marginalized in the City of Camden and throughout Southern New Jersey.
- National Immigrant Justice Center: NIJC provides legal consultations and representation for low-income immigrants (who are at or below 200% of the federal poverty line) seeking a wide range of immigration legal relief.
- Resource Hub at the New Jersey Alliance for Immigrant Justice: This resource hub provides materials for immigrants in New jersey.
- The New Jersey Office of New Americans: The Office of New Americans (ONA) in the Department of Human Services supports new Americans through outreach and education, administration of the state’s Refugee Resettlement Program, and work on priorities to build trust, improve access to social services, workforce development and employment services, and legal services for immigrants.
