Residents of Franklin Township in Somerset County aged 18+ can use the form below to apply for a digital library card using the form below. For details on your eligibility please click here.
Your digital card works just like a physical library card and provides access to all library services. The card will link to your Google or Apple Wallet. Once registered you can also download cloudLibrary, our ebook and audiobook app, to use as your digital card.

All minors must be registered in person. If their parent/guardian’s card is blocked for fees, the minor can only be issued a Youth Access card. Minors aged 11 to 17 may also self-register for a Youth Access Card if they can show a current school ID.
